Start of SALT’s laboratory collection clinic<\/h3>3 February 2026<\/span>

As of February 2, SALT has started a blood sample collection clinic at MC De Witte Kaap. This means that from now on, you no longer need to travel to other blood collection locations for blood tests. Blood samples are taken on Mondays between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.<\/p>

By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting us and we GPs have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. On which days is the practice open?<\/h5>

The practice is open by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Please only come to the practice if you have an appointment. If not, you should first schedule a telephone appointment with the GP. On Wednesdays, we are only available for emergencies and it is not possible to make an appointment.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Why do I receive an invoice for not showing up for an appointment or for cancelling less than 24 hours in advance?<\/h5>

We charge a no-show fee as compensation when appointments with the GP are not kept. This also applies to appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. The fees depend on the time reserved and therefore range from \u20ac25 for a single consultation and \u20ac50 for a double consultation up to \u20ac90 for a surgical procedure. You will receive an invoice for a no-show or for late cancellation (within 24 hours). This invoice cannot be submitted to your health insurance provider.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Why am I getting an email from Viduet?<\/h5>

For patients who need regular check-ups, we have entered into a partnership with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is well prepared. They will send you e-mail messages on behalf of our practice. Such a message may be, for example, an invitation to schedule an appointment with us. We appreciate it if you respond to such a request.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How do I put my doctor's website on the home screen of my iPhone or iPad?<\/h5>

Open Safari. Go to your doctor's website. Tap the Share button at the bottom (top of the iPad). ... Tap Add to Home Screen. If necessary, tap the name of the site and type a different name. Tap Add. The site icon is now on the home screen.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How do I request my repeat medication?<\/h5>

We kindly ask you to do this via our portal. This prevents errors and saves us a lot of time that we can use to provide better care.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
