Feedback or complaint
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our care. Despite our best intentions and efforts, there may be instances where you feel that you have been approached or treated in a careless or incorrect manner. We invite you to discuss this with us. You may schedule an appointment to clarify the issue; often, this alone resolves much of the concern. If a mutually satisfactory solution cannot be reached, you may submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of the SKGE. Submitting a complaint is free of charge.

You can manage many things yourself online through our website, such as making appointments or requesting repeat prescriptions. And when needed, you can easily get in touch directly with your GP.

Fees
Whenever possible, we bill your health insurer directly. If direct billing isn’t possible, you will receive the invoice yourself. Our fees follow the rates set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
