Flexdokters model
Our practice is part of Flexdokters, a cooperative of GP practices. This offers several benefits for both patients and GPs, with the relationship between the GP and the patient always being the top priority. In a Flexdokters practice, patients have direct contact with their GP. This is convenient, as it means you only need to tell your story once. Often, your question can be answered immediately. If that’s not possible, you can make a follow-up appointment with your GP at the practice. This is practical, as it means you don’t need to visit the practice for every question.
Through the website and patient portal, you can:
- Make or change an appointment.
- Book a call-back appointment.
- Ask your GP questions via chat.
- View your own medical records.
- Request repeat prescriptions.
After registering, you will receive a personal account for your patient portal.

For emergencies during office hours (08:00 – 17:00), please call the emergency line: 020 308 5880 (option 0).
In case of life-threatening situations, dial 112.

Welcome to Huisartsenpraktijk de Witte Kaap, the new GP practice in IJburg. Together with Apotheek IJburg-Zuid, we are located in Medical Center de Witte Kaap. This combination allows us to coordinate care and medication quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
At Huisartsenpraktijk de Witte Kaap, we work smartly to respond to your healthcare needs in an expert and timely manner. You can manage many things yourself online through our website, such as making appointments or requesting repeat prescriptions. And when needed, you can easily get in touch directly with your GP.
With us, you have a trusted place for your health and access to personal, expert care, close by.
Fees
Whenever possible, we bill your health insurer directly. If direct billing isn’t possible, you will receive the invoice yourself. Our fees follow the rates set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
